Mr. Pratt has served as assistant vice president and director of Man Roland, Inc. where he led a business unit to revenue growth and higher customer satisfaction ratings. His natural problem solving ability has proven invaluable as he expertly manages sales relationships and resolves operational process issues. Leading with conviction, Allen exemplifies the “big picture” thinker, having the foresight to see the long-term implications of a plan.

Throughout his career, he focused his efforts on applying his broad-view, multi-disciplined approach to business, fulfilling the primary, urgent profitability needs of the corporation. Mr. Pratt graduated from the University of Iowa, receiving both his Bachelor of Administration and, subsequently, Master of Business Administration Degrees. He currently resides in the Chicago area with his wife and family, where he enjoys contributing his free time to numerous events and programs that support youth development, such as program coordination, parent education and various fundraisers.
